Hello! I’m Sofia Pamio, I’m 16 years old and I’m from a small city in front of the Adriatic Sea in Italy.
I’m currently in the fourth year of high school at a school in which the main subjects are Latin and Ancient Greek. I also practice artistic gymnastics and I play the violin in the Orchestra 12 Note, specialized in movie soundtracks and formed by circa fifty people.
I started learning English at the age of 3 and I’ve always been interested in learning new languages and cultures, for this reason my parents suggested me to apply to the AIS Dual Diploma Program, so that I would have the opportunity to learn more about the U.S. culture and study subjects in English to improve my fluency.
This is my graduation year and so far I can say that this school helped me a lot and I really enjoy the lessons, which always have an interesting topic.
I want to thank my teacher Ms. Camus-Marrero for always trusting me and helping when I needed it.
