Hello, my name is Carmen Jove. I have been the Dual Program Coordinator in my school , Santa Francisca Javier CABRINI in Madrid, for the last two years.
For me this a great experience that has enabled me to do something different in my school. I consider my work as coordinator as a facilitator to make things easier for our students attending the Program. I am really enjoying the experience since the students are really motivated and the activities they have to do are appealing and attractive for them.
As coordinator you have to support the students, sometimes they have so much work at school that they feel overwhelmed and they need you to be there and help them organize themselves. It’s a very rewarding work, seeing them improve all their skills and becoming more mature. And last , but not least, I am also learning lots of things with them!
