Originally from Vicenza, Kay first moved to Verona in 2003 to study at the University of Verona. After a study abroad experience at the University of Arizona she embraced the idea that learning mostly happens outside the classroom walls. She graduated with a specialized degree in Foreign Languages and Comparative Literature and shortly after, she began working for inlingua Verona as an English Teacher. She is a big fan of cultural exchanges and still cultivates her passion for the English language and the American culture, which she can now share with all the Italian Dual Diploma students.
