Hi! My name is Mónica Rugel, from Guayaquil, Ecuador. I have a Master´s degree in Education, Pedagogical Innovations and Research. I have been teaching advanced English for 20 years and since 2017, I´ve been the Principal at Unidad Educativa Bilingue Jefferson. One of my goals as a Principal has been to offer our students internationalization programs to encourage them to become global citizens and expand their horizons. For that reason, and despite the pandemic, since this school year, Jefferson has joined the Dual Diploma Program and we are definitely loving it. We highly recommend every school to join!
