Greetings! My name is Karalee Dixson and I am excited to be a part of the Academica team! I am a transplant from Colorado, but love sunny Florida and have lived here for the past 10 years in Mount Dora, FL. I have both a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Mesa State College in Colorado and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Technology from the University of Phoenix. I have been an educator for twenty years, both in the classroom and virtually. My favorite quote regarding education is “Creativity is intelligence having fun” Albert Einstein. Helping students stretch their minds and find ways to express themselves is my goal.
