Global Teacher

Hello! My name is Leigh Rodriguez. My husband Carlo and I live in sunny Palmetto, Florida; it is nice and hot here! Many people travel to this area for our beautiful beaches. I have three children- Lola, Cashton, and Hayes. They keep life interesting and fun!

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Dual Diploma, I taught English (grades 6-12), AVID elective courses, and held an administration position as a Testing Coordinator.

In my free time, my daughter and I love baking together, and I enjoy herb gardening in my yard. My husband and I love trying new restaurants with adventurous foods. We also enjoy travel both near and far; I have been to several European countries, including Italy, France, England, and Ireland. I enjoy listening to podcasts and audiobooks, as well.

I am incredibly excited and looking forward to a wonderful school year!
