Melissa Brown

Global Teacher

My name is Melissa Brown and I am honored to be a part of the wonderful Dual Diploma team. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Florida State University, as well as professional certifications in Secondary Social Studies, ESOL, and Gifted education. In addition to my role as an educator, I have served in school leadership roles such as Grade Level Chairperson and Literacy Committee board member, as well as sponsored many clubs such as Future Educators of America and Newspaper Club. Teaching is one of my passions, and I strongly believe that every learner can be successful. I hope to inspire my students to become lifelong learners and global citizens.
