Global Teacher

My passion for teaching shines brightest through my work with the AIS Dual Diploma program. Guiding students in this innovative, global learning environment has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I love the way AIS allows me to connect with learners and families from around the world, building bridges across cultures and inspiring growth beyond the traditional classroom. 

My journey as an educator began after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University in 2009. I started in a brick-and-mortar elementary classroom, where I thrived on the curiosity and excitement of young minds. Transitioning into AIS has expanded that joy in new ways, allowing me to embrace virtual teaching, foster international connections, and even sponsor the Social Media Club, where I collaborated with students to create meaningful engagement across countries. 

Outside of teaching, I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and now live in Naples with my husband and our two wonderful boys. I enjoy reading, football, bike riding, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with family. I live by a simple philosophy: stay positive, work hard, and make it happen.
