Hello! My name is Carlos, I am 16 years old, and I come from Barcelona. I am just one year away from getting into college, and despite being excited, I have not decided what to study yet. Two of my major hobbies are spending time with my friends and traveling. Although I have not been able to travel this year due to travel restrictions, I am sure that soon I will be able to visit many countries, including the United States. I chose to be part of the Dual Diploma because my school offered it as a new opportunity to improve my English skills. Moreover, I have always been curious about the United States, and by taking the DD courses I am discovering more about the country. In addition, the Life Management Skills course has helped me learn new skills and knowledge useful for my everyday life. Without a doubt, it is one of the most interesting courses I have taken, and it has surpassed my expectations by far. Next year I hope to continue learning from the Dual Diploma courses as much as I am doing now. I am interested in the Global Studies course, as I think it can help me understand the world better.
I am looking forward to continuing with the program with the same passion as I have done so far, in what will be my last year before going to college!
