I am an educator and the co-founder of Ferajna, a micro-school where education is built on the foundation of a friendly and supportive teacher-student relationship. My passion lies in fostering social competencies, respectful dialogue, and a deep connection to nature. At Ferajna, we create a nurturing environment that values curiosity, agency, and empathetic communication, empowering children to grow and thrive.
In my work, I integrate practices such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Mediations, Restorative Circles, and insights from neuropsychology to address conflict resolution and promote restorative justice. I believe in the innate potential of every child and strive to help them develop their unique talents in a collaborative and respectful setting.
As a mother of three daughters, I bring my personal experiences and values into my educational philosophy. When I’m not working, I love mountain adventures and cycling, finding endless inspiration in nature and bringing that passion to the Ferajna community.
