Cesar Seirotti graduated from Florida International University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education. He has taught in the traditional classroom setting for nine years. He has received a variety of educational training that has prepared him to better assist each of his students. He is eager to help all his students achieve their academic goals within the Dual Diploma Program!
