Hello! I’m Dalila. Currently, I’m in charge of the international department of La Salle Águas Claras, coordinating both the Bilingual and the Dual Diploma Programs in our school. As an educator, I understand the importance of helping students develop skills that go beyond the academic demands. The Dual Diploma Program gives them the opportunity to be autonomous and to take responsibility for their learning process. It’s rewarding to observe the students’ enhanced performance as they interact with people with other cultural backgrounds and improve their linguistic, academic and social skills. In that sense, the Dual Diploma Program has been a sort of interesting extension of what has been provided in our Bilingual Program.
